What to include
Provide the account email and a plain-language description. For billing, include the charge date and only a safe receipt or customer reference if requested through an authenticated process.
Never send
Never email a password, one-time code, recovery token, private Preview code, full card number, API key, database credential, or screenshot containing a secret.
Integrity questions
Questions about a Rating, Atlas Position, MATERIAL CHANGE, result, or performance method are reviewed against signed publication and correction evidence. Support cannot invent model explanations, edit a billing ledger, alter an entitlement by hand, or delete a loss.
