Founding Member billing

$19.99 per month

Founding Member is quantity one, has no free trial, and renews automatically every month at $19.99 plus applicable tax until canceled. The subscription begins when payment succeeds. Stripe processes payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel through Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and paid access continues until then. Reactivation before the paid period ends preserves continuous status. After a full lapse, any later offer uses the eligibility and price displayed at that time.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, demonstrable billing errors, and rights required by applicable law are reviewed individually. Accurate billing, security, and publication records are preserved.

72-hour failed-payment recovery

When a verified payment fails, Founding access remains available while failure time ≤ current time < failure time + 72 hours. Verified recovery before expiry returns the account to ACTIVE, clears grace timestamps, and preserves continuous Founding status and the protected $19.99 monthly price.

At exactly 72 hours without successful recovery, the account becomes Scout. Member-only Atlas Positions and the full slate lock; Scout/public access and supported billing recovery remain. Delayed, duplicate, replayed, or out-of-order events cannot extend grace. Payment after a full lapse does not automatically restore protected Founding pricing.
